Ein Projekt für ca. 130 bis 169 Betten, verteilt in Einzelbett und Doppelbett Zimmern in diversen Anteilen. Eine komplexe medizinische und soziale Infrastruktur ergänzt die klassische Beherbergung Struktur und Nutzung des Objektes.
Dieses Projekt wurde mit intensiver Forschung- und Entwicklungsarbeit, bei dem Projektentwicklungsunternehmen Expec Estate Benefits GmbH, bis zur Beschaffung des Baurechts abgeschlossen. Mehrere Betreibermodelle wurden simuliert, um die Wirksamkeit der geplanten funktionellen Flexibilität im Hinblick auf die Integration, Erweiterbarkeit, Änderbarkeit, Variabilität, Reversibilität, etc., bewerten zu können. Bezahlbare Flexibilität, Nutzerfreundlichkeit und Verträglichkeit durch optimale Integration in das Umfeld zeichnet die Lösungsdomäne aus. Und all das unter dem Aspekt, gefällige Architektur zu schaffen.

Care Home for Elderly in Wurzburg
A project for about 130 to 169 beds, distributed in single and double bed rooms in various proportions. A complex medical and social infrastructure complements the classical structure of harboring and use of the facility.
This project has been completed after an intensive research and development work in the project development company Expec Estate Benefits Ltd., to achieve the building rights. Several operating models were simulated to benchmark the effectiveness of the solutions domain in context of the operational flexibility in terms of integration, scalability, changeability, variability, reversibility, etc.. Affordable flexibility, user friendliness and compatibility through optimal integration into the environment characterized the solution domain. And all this from the point view, to create pleasurable architecture.
